This section provides the Registry of Motor Vehicles’
current transactional policy for obtaining a duplicate Liquor ID card.
A customer may obtain a
duplicate Liquor ID card if any of the following applies:
customer loses or unintentionally destroys his/her current Liquor ID card
customer changes his/her name
customer changes his/her gender
customer changes any other information printed on the license
If the customer is trying to obtain a duplicate of a Liquor
ID card that does not have a photograph and/or an S number, he/she is required to obtain a new Liquor ID card.
