Application Cannot be Processed

A customer is entitled to a full and fair review of his/her permit/license/ID card application and the supporting documents he/she presents.

 

If a customer’s application for a permit/license/ID card could not be processed, he/she has the right to receive an explanation from the Registry of Motor Vehicles employee. A License/ID Application Status Form must be completed by a Registry of Motor Vehicles Official and given to a customer each time an application is not processed for any reason. The reason(s) must be clearly listed in specific detail on the License/ID Application Status Form.
